The pictures of the kitchen and dining room are the stuff of legend.
They were taken by photographer Chen Yizhong in the 1970s.
The pictures show a small kitchen and a dining room with the words “Chen’s Kitchen” carved into a wall.
Chen says the pictures were taken with a Sony camcorder, which was then a very cheap camera, so there was little in the way of background noise.
“I wanted to give people the feeling that the place was clean and orderly and very comfortable,” he said.
He has kept the kitchen in his house since.
It has become a place of pilgrimage for people who want to visit him and his family.
A large part of his life revolved around his home and the food.
As a teenager, Chen says he was very strict with his family when he was younger, and he was strict about not having any kind of alcohol in the house.
At the time, Chen was a student at Beijing University, studying economics.
After graduation, Chen worked as a consultant for a Chinese company in Singapore, but he did not return home until he was in his late 30s.
That meant he had no job for a long time, and was unable to find steady employment.
He decided to become a photographer, and that was the first step in his journey to becoming a famous portrait photographer.
In the early 1990s, Chen’s wife died, and his son, Li, was born.
One of his many passions was the food, and the kitchen became a place for him to enjoy a meal, and photograph it, often while he was eating.
I decided to photograph my mother cooking in her home, he said, and I didn’t know what I would do when I finished.
Eventually, he decided to move to Hong Kong, and started to focus more on the food and the family.
It has been a very long journey, but it’s made me happy that people are paying attention to the kitchen, he added.
This is where I have been going to photograph for the past 15 years, he continued.
But the photos have not always been so easy to take.
Sometimes he will have to spend long periods of time with a camera in his hand, and other times, he will only take a few pictures, or maybe a couple.
There are also moments when I don’t have the time to take the photos, and there are a lot of times when I will get a message saying, ‘I can’t take pictures anymore’, so I take them anyway, he explained.
That’s when I start to get frustrated.
Every time I try to go home, it seems like the kitchen is getting worse and worse.
People sometimes ask me, ‘Are you OK?
Do you have a break?’
I usually say, ‘No, I’m OK, thank you.’
“Sometimes, people ask me what the story is with Chen’s kitchen.
The answer is I dont know.
I don?t know how to tell them.”
But, he continues, “I can tell you this: I have a lot to give.”
