The White Kitchen, a restaurant in the French Quarter, has been making French-inspired seafood for more than 30 years.
The White kitchen serves up everything from lobster rolls to shrimp-and-sausage sandwiches.
The restaurant has been in the White since 1989.
“The White is a French restaurant and I feel like we’re all in this together,” chef Michael Chabon told Fortune.
“We try to serve our guests the same food every day, and I think that’s what’s important.
I think it’s about sharing food and sharing life together.”
